We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. For international orders, contact us at support@bloomkartshop.com before placing your order. - Processing Time Order verification: 1-2 business days Handling time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS & email. Track it anytime under "My Orders" on BloomKartShop or on the courier partner’s website.5. Delays
Delivery timelines can be impacted by weather, strikes, festivals, or courier delays. We’ll notify you if your order is affected. BloomKartShop is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we’ll help you follow up.6. Undelivered/Returned Shipments
If delivery fails due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the shipment will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for a second attempt.7. Damaged/Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@bloomkartshop.shop with your order ID. We’ll resolve it within 3 business days.
